At Real Estate Advocacy Alliance, we champion integrity and professionalism in real estate by advocating for consumers, empowering professionals, and holding those who have harmed consumers and/or real estate practitioners accountable. With deep and significant expertise in the California Real Estate Law and regulations, enforcement, and consumer protection, we provide education, guidance, and advocacy to help ensure fairness, transparency, and compliant business practices.

Our Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

Together, Tricia and Wayne have an unparalleled knowledge of the DRE, the California Real Estate Law and Commissioner’s Regulations, enforcement activities and actions of the department, and violations of the law which give rise to licensee discipline.

They possess extensive executive, managerial, and other relevant experience, and are passionate about helping real estate consumers – including home sellers, homebuyers, other property owners, and renters- who have suffered losses due to misconduct by real estate licensees. These cases/transactions often involve breaches by licensees of their fiduciary duty by putting their own interests before those of their clients. In addition to assisting consumers, they are also dedicated to guiding and assisting real estate licensees- whether they are already in compliance or seeking support to meet the strict requirements of the California Real Estate Law. They are also particularly interested in assisting real estate licensees in their claims/actions against other licensees who have acted unlawfully or in bad faith.

Tricia and Wayne will offer unbiased, and candid advice, strategic guidance, services, and support to both real estate consumers and licensees. Through their network of subject matter and skilled experts with whom they are affiliated and/or can collaborate, they will leverage their significant experience to provide sound guidance, compliance solutions, and advocacy services, helping to ensure that both industry professionals and consumers navigate real estate transactions with confidence and integrity.
